If any item in your order will require manufacturing or is no longer available, we will quickly let you know by e-mail and refund your money immediately.
Unless specifically requested by you (an extra charge will apply), items will be shipped by Canada Post and should take from 2 to 10 days to arrive (starting from the shipping date; the time it takes to process your order is not included). We cannot be liable for any late shipment or damage in transit (Canada Post service includes insurance).
