Once PayPal verifies your credit information and clears your payment, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice via e-mail within 48 hours following your purchase. We will process your order within 3 working days following your purchase, and ship it via Canada Post Regular Parcel service (within Canada), which means you should receive your order within 2 to 10 working days, depending where you live. Shipping and delivery times

Refunds, returns and exchanges

If, however, you are not satisfied with an item because it is the wrong size or colour, or a defect in quality, you may return it to us at your expense within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund.

Clothing that has been worn, washed or is damaged for a reason other than a manufacturing defect cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To ensure proper management of returns, please e-mail us at before returning any item.

Only items purchased online can be returned directly.

Please send them back to us in the original packaging, or similar, and include a copy of the invoice as well as a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied.

The purchaser is responsible for the shipment. Be sure to send it via a postal service that includes package tracking (e.g., waybill) and insurance on the merchandise.

If the package is lost or damaged, we will not be able to refund you or exchange the merchandise. Please allow 2 weeks following our receipt of the merchandise for the refund or exchange to be completed.
