Direct purchase of bed sets
In order to get this product you can simply call Featherweight directly or send a written message, taking note of the name of the chosen design and the desired colors. Your order will be processed within 3 to 4 days of receiving your order. If the desired items are not in stock and require to be made, a delay of 4 weeks will be required to deliver the desired item. In this case, we will notify you before proceeding.
We offer a personalized service. If you wish, you can meet the designer, at home or at her workshop, to judge the different possibilities of choice of colors and arrangements. It is a pleasure for us to personalize our relationship with our customers.
Online purchase of products
Once you have completed your visit, visit one of the two websites below to shop online. Choose the items, in the sizes that suit you, go to Online Payment and complete the billing information, shipping address, and make the payment via paypal that accepts different payment methods.
Once the credit check and payment made by Paypal, you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice by email within 48 hours of purchase. Your order will be processed within 3 business days of your purchase and shipped via Canada Post by standard package (within Canada), so you will receive your order within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your region. Shipping and delivery times
Your order will be processed within 3 business days of your purchase. We keep our inventory updated regularly and, unless otherwise stated, the items offered are generally in stock in all sizes. If any of the items you order requires a delay of making or was no longer available, we will notify you by email very quickly and refund immediately.
Unless otherwise requested by you, subject to additional charges, the items will be shipped by Canada Post and delivery times are 2 to 10 business days from the day of shipment and exclude the processing of your order. The company is not responsible for late or damaged shipping (the Canada Post service includes insurance).
Refund, return and exchange
In order to ensure the greatest satisfaction to our customers, each garment is inspected before being shipped. However, if the item does not satisfy you because of its size, color or quality, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, at your expense, and obtain a full exchange or refund.
Clothing washed, worn or damaged by any other reason than a manufacturing defect can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
The buyer is responsible for shipping. It is important to send them by a postal service ensuring a tracking / bill of lading, including insurance on the goods.
We will not refund or exchange the goods if the package was lost or damaged. Thank you to allow a period of 2 weeks from the receipt of our merchandise before the refund or exchange is made.
Conditions and sales policy
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, excluding applicable taxes on merchandise and transportation. For purchases outside Canada and in foreign currency, please contact us. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order by the buyer. The buyer must obtain an authorization by email before returning the merchandise for any exchange or refund. Clothing worn, washed or damaged by the customer can not be returned under any circumstances.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of online sales stated, any change from the named clauses resulting from an agreement between the buyer and the seller must be clearly notified in writing. The sale will take place only if all its conditions are respected. The applicable law governing the contract between the parties is that of Canada, and the competent court in case of dispute is Montreal, Quebec.
